Kara Wilcox is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 25 years of clinical experience.  She graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch Physician Assistant Program in 1998.  She has a diverse clinical background, having practiced in a number of specialties, including Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine and Adult Psychiatry, Family Practice and Urgent Care.

Throughout her career, Kara has been acknowledged for her exceptional clinical acumen and bedside manner, treating every patient with compassion, dignity and respect.  Kara remains deeply committed to improving patient care by increasing access to care, raising standards of care and providing superior, quality care with optimal outcomes.  In her free time, Kara enjoys football, traveling and spending time with her husband, family and friends.
