Our comprehensive primary care services encompass the complete care of patients and families including preventative, diagnostic, acute and chronic health conditions, and inpatient hospital care. Our certified medical assistants, registered nurses and board-certified primary care physicians – four internists and one family practitioner – are committed to providing excellent care for teens through seniors. Your wellness is our primary focus.

Hospital Care

Should you require hospitalization, our providers admit patients to Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend in Springfield and Sacred Heart Medical Center University District in Eugene. Reassuring and supportive, your dedicated primary care physician will visit and offer needed services and treatment while you’re hospitalized.

Lab Services

Our on-site lab tests include: urinalysis, HgbA1c, strep, pregnancy, cholesterol screening, Coumadin levels, and glucose tolerance. An on-site collection station for all other necessary lab testing is also provided for patient convenience, eliminating the need to travel anywhere else.

For Your Convenience

We offer routine exams, long-term follow-up care for ongoing health problems, as well as same-day visits for acute illnesses. Nurse appointments are also available for blood draws, vaccines, injections, and routine monitoring.
