Jonathan B. Stout, M.D.

Family Practice | Primary Care for ages 12+

Dr. Stout completed his family practice residency at UC Davis in California, serving as chief resident his final year. At Rush Medical College in Chicago, Ill., he earned his medical degree. As an undergraduate at Stanford University in California, he received a bachelor’s of science. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Family Practice.

In 1988, Dr. Stout moved from rural Utah to join a medical practice in Springfield, Oregon. He served as chief of staff at McKenzie Willamette Medical Center and was one of the first two physicians involved with its hospitalist program. Prior to joining Oak Street Medical, he had a solo practice in Eugene.

A father of two and a grandfather, Jonathan and his wife enjoy Eugene’s classical music offerings and cultural amenities. He also enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and friends whenever possible.
