As a licensed clinical social worker, Patty Nadel works with adolescents and adults through individual, couples and family therapy with an emphasis on self-acceptance and balanced living by focusing on improved self-care and life-management skills.

She earned her masters degree in social work at Portland State University. She has over 30 years experience in a variety of mental-health settings, including Lane County Mental Health and PeaceHealth.

She uses a strengths-based approach and specializes in treating people with trauma spectrum disorders, depression, anxiety, substance and process addictions, relationship concerns, developmental and life transitions, loss and grief.
