Oak Street Medical and Oregon Allergy Associates are centrally located at the corner of 15th & Oak Street in Eugene, Oregon. Easy access to our front doors via street-level parking. We are open 8 a.m. to 5p.m., Monday through Friday, with a physician on call 24 hours a day.

Injection Hours
Monday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Thursday: 7 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
If you are on a build-up schedule, you may come every 2-7 days. Injections are given on Thursdays until 11:30 a.m. and resume at 1 p.m. We remain open all other lunch hours.
